All sales, repairs, services, and orders are final.  We offer a 30 day from purchase, return or replacement on items that are deemed by Wrenn's Mill Radios to be defective and have not been abused, neglected, or damaged due to water, moisture, or misuse. There will be no refund on any programming,  modifications, or shipping costs related to sales, returns, claims, etc.

We don't currently offer discounts for order pickup, but your shipping fees will be waived. In-person pick-up is strongly encouraged.

Do you offer a pick-up discount?

Just shoot us an email with the product you are looking for,  we will check to see if we can get it for you or add it to our product list.  We are always looking for new ideas of products to offer our customers.

What if I want a product and don't see it on your website?

Email us upon receiving your damaged items with pictures and we will give instructions on returning the damaged product and getting a new one shipped out to you.

What if my product is damaged during shipping?

We ship in the United States, Monday through Friday. After receipt of an order and a cleared payment, your order will ship within two business days and custom orders can take up to 7 business days. A tracking number will be provided at shipping and Wrenn's Mill Radios is not responsible for any shipping delays.
